Stefan White, Bass

Stefan has enjoyed over ten years sharing in the peace, love, and joy of singing beautiful music with his fellow choir members, and with the local community.

His love of music started at a young age - as he would often join school and church choirs, and learned to play a few instruments along the way. While attending Ridge High School, he was involved in many bands and ensembles, and performed in his high school musicals - notably as as Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, and Horton the Elephant in Seussical the Musical. Most importantly, he joined the Concert Choir and the A Capella Choir as a Bass II. It was in these choirs that he met his high school sweetheart and forever favorite duet partner Jenn D'Armiento, whom you'll note is a fellow Caritas Choir member!

Upon beginning college he took a break from music in an effort to focus on earning his degree at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. However, not fully willing to give up music, he would visit New Jersey to sing periodically as a member of both the Adult and Folk Choirs at Our Lady of the Mount (OLM) Church in Warren, NJ. He was also seen as a a frequent audience member at Caritas concerts, assisting with programs, and adding to the raucous applause. After graduating, Stefan returned home to New Jersey, and was able to finally join the Caritas Choir as an official choir member!

Some short years later - in 2017 - with Barbara conducting, and many of the Caritas members singing, Stefan and Jenn were wed in a beautiful ceremony at the aforementioned OLM.

Since then, Stefan has continued performing with Caritas, singing Bass (and Tenor where needed), and feels blessed by every second singing alongside his wife and wonderful choir family. He looks forward to making more beautiful music in the many years to come.
