Lisa Turiano, Soprano

Lisa Turiano, a resident of Bridgewater, has a BA degree in Music Education from Douglass College. She was a member of both the Orchestra at Douglass and the Rutgers Wind Ensemble, playing clarinet in both. During college, she also was the organist at Blessed Sacrament Parish.

While raising her 4 children she had careers in Title Insurance and as a PATH registered Adaptive Riding Instructor for children and adults with Disabilities. Lisa was a cantor at Blessed Sacrament Parish while also directing their children’s choir and assisting with the adult choir.

Currently she spends her free time watching her granddaughter and volunteering at the Foodbank Network of Somerset County. She also enjoys hiking with her husband and two Newfoundland dogs. Lisa is happy to be returning to singing and excited to be part of Caritas.
